Joan A.

Joan A. is currently the Gerente de Control de Gestión Comercial at both PRECON and Grupo Monolit, a role they have held since 2015. Previously, they worked as Encargada de Servicio al Cliente at Molinos Modernos from 2000 to 2007, where they implemented a CRM system and contributed to ISO documentation and training. Joan A. has pursued further education, including certifications in Microsoft Office, Digital Media Strategy and Planning, and Pharma Marketing, and is currently completing a Diplomado in Brand Management and a degree in Marketing at Universidad Panamericana. Additionally, they hold a Master’s degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala.
