Graham Gill

Graham Gill has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Graham is currently the Co-Founder of Services Delivery Alliance since February 2023. Prior to that, Graham served as the Chief Customer Officer & General Manager, USA at Precursive starting from April 2022.

In 2021, they worked as the Vice President of Customer Success at Maestro until April 2022. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Customer Success & Services at Accent Technologies from March 2020 to August 2021.

In 2019, Graham was the Vice President of Sales at DEVCON | Ad Tech Security ® from May to October. Prior to that, they had a significant role at Evidon, Inc as the Sr. Director of Global Customer Success & Professional Services from November 2015 to May 2019. During their tenure at Evidon, they led the customer success team through a successful acquisition and managed revenue-generating teams.

From 2010 to 2014, Graham worked at Eastman Kodak Company as a Technical Product Manager and Sr. Consultant. Graham started their career entrepreneurship journey by founding and being the Principal Consultant of Gill & Associates Consulting LLC from 2009 to 2011. Graham provided technology consulting services to small healthcare practices and education companies to enhance operational efficiencies.

Furthermore, Graham has served as Manager of Demand Planning at Open Solutions in 2008 and as a Project & Product Manager at BLR, Inc from 2006 to 2008. Overall, they have demonstrated leadership, customer success, sales, and consulting expertise throughout their progressive career path.

Graham Gill has a Master's of Business Administration degree from Quinnipiac University. Graham also has a Master's of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Quinnipiac University. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration from Roger Williams University.
