Jackie Ho

Jackie Ho has a wealth of experience in product design, beginning with their role as a Summer Analyst at ff Venture Capital in 2012. Here they conducted due diligence and market research and also did web design and development involving JavaScript and Django. In 2013, they were a Product Design Intern at Kleverbeast, developing new features for their web and iOS applications and creating wireframes using Balsamiq. In 2014, they became a Senior UIUX Designer at Eyeview. From 2015-2016, they were Co-Founder and Design and Product Manager at Kipup, an application built for judges and organizers of Wushu (Chinese martial arts) competitions. Jackie then joined Pivotal Labs as a Senior Product Designer, doing UI/UX design and agile and lean consulting for clients in various industries. In 2018, they were Design Practice Lead and Staff Designer at Pivotal Software, Inc. and, in 2020, they joined VMware as a Public Sector Product Leadership & Staff Designer, helping their federal client build a highly aligned portfolio of autonomous teams driving toward a focused product strategy. Jackie is currently a Product Designer at Predibase.

Jackie Ho attended The Harker School from 2006 to 2010 and then went on to earn their B.A. in Economics-Mathematics from Columbia University in 2014, with a minor in Computer Science.
