Jim Tilley has over 23 years of work experience, starting in 1996 as a Radio Chief on the USS L Mendel Rivers (SSN 686). Jim then worked as a Force Network Engineer at COMSUBLANT from 2000 to 2006. At Predicate Logic, they served as an Information Assurance Projects Manager from 2006 to 2011. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at Amee Bay as a C4I Program Manager. Currently, they are working as a Senior Project Manager at Predicate Logic, Inc.

Jim Tilley completed their education at various institutions. In 2001, they enrolled at Saint Leo University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems in 2006. Subsequently, in 2015, Jim pursued their Master's degree in Cyber Security at Stratford University, which they completed in 2016.
