Winston Patrick Kuo

Winston Patrick Kuo is the CEO of Infectious Diseases at Predicine, a global molecular insights company focused on advancing precision medicine in oncology and infectious diseases. Winston Patrick has also served as the Head of Global Alliance Management at Predicine, overseeing the expansion of COVID-19 testing solutions in the Bay Area.

Prior to their time at Predicine, Kuo worked as a Scientific Advisor at Cell Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. and as an Advisor at the United Cultures Innovation Center for International Cooperation.

Kuo has held various roles in scientific publishing, including as the Founder and Editor in Chief of Nanobiomedicine and the Journal of Circulating Biomarkers, both of which were acquired by SAGE Publications.

Additionally, Kuo has served as the President of the Scientific Advisory Board at Exosomics Siena S.p.A, focusing on the development of biomarkers for non-invasive cancer diagnostics. Winston Patrick has also been a member of the Scientific Advisory Board at HansaBioMed OU, specializing in exosome research, and at Genomic Expression Inc, where they contributed to the development of sample preparation methods for Next Generation Sequencing.

Furthermore, Kuo has been involved in the biopharmaceutical industry as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board at the BioPharma Research Council.

Winston Patrick is currently the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board at the Helix Bioscience Institute, which aims to accelerate innovation and research in the life sciences field.

Winston Patrick Kuo has an extensive education history, primarily focusing on various fields of dentistry. Winston Patrick holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Columbia University. Additionally, they have obtained certificates in General Practice Residency I & II from Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centres of New York, Pediatric Dentistry/Pedodontics from the University of Southern California and Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center.

Winston has further pursued their education at Harvard Medical School, where they completed certificate programs in Oral Medicine and Dental Informatics.
