Simone Gil

Simone Gil is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, business development, and product management within the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Predicta Med since March 2025, Simone previously held the role of Strategic Partner and Program Management Director at Elevance Health from October 2021 to December 2024, where efforts were focused on innovation and efficiency through the establishment of Carelon Israel. Prior to Elevance Health, Simone worked at Curesponse as Director of Business and Product Development, leading the commercialization of a novel cancer treatment test. Additional experience includes roles at QualiGene and Pronto Diagnostics, enhancing business development and operational strategies. Educationally, Simone holds a Master of Science in Biology from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from The College of Management Academic Studies.
