David Stifter

David Stifter has a long career in the digital infrastructure and real estate industries. David began their career in 1999 as MIS Director at College Web Guide / Steamtunnels. In 2001, they moved to Investors Bank & Trust as Senior Project Manager. In 2006, they joined Colony Capital, Inc. as Vice President, then was promoted to Senior Vice President, and finally Managing Director. Also in 2006, they joined Colony Realty Partners as Manager of Portfolio Analysis and Chief Compliance Officer. In 2019, they founded PredictAP, Inc. Finally, in 2020, they joined DigitalBridge as Managing Director.

David Stifter obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston University in 2006, following their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations and Affairs from the same institution in 2001.
