Sérgio Oliveira is a seasoned marketing specialist consultant with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Since August 2019, Sérgio has been working in a consultancy role, leveraging a robust background gained during over a decade at Vodafone from 2006 to 2019, where responsibilities included application testing focused on billing accuracy and mobile device compliance testing. Prior experiences at Vodafone also encompassed information management and support roles, including second-level ISP support and customer service. Sérgio holds a degree from Universidade Lusiada do Porto, completed between 1989 and 1994.
