Daniel Kiviet

Daniel Kiviet has a strong background in data science and research, spanning over two decades. Daniel currently holds the role of Senior Data Scientist & Project Manager at Predictive Layer, where they specialize in building forecasting models using advanced machine learning techniques for the Finance, Energy, and Telecom sectors. Prior to their current position, Daniel worked at QualySense AG, where they held various roles including Senior Data Scientist, Technical Product Owner, and Computer Vision Scientist. Daniel also gained valuable experience as a Scientist at ETH Zurich and as a Junior Scientist at FOM Institute AMOLF. Daniel started their career as a Research Analyst at the University of Amsterdam.

Daniel Kiviet attended Delft University of Technology from 2004 to 2010, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in the field of Biophysics. Prior to this, in 2003, they completed a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science at The Australian National University.
