Sourav Kaushik

Sourav Kaushik has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Tableau development. Sourav started their career as a Tableau Developer at ALTON BATH DECOR PRIVATE LIMITED in 2016. In this role, they were responsible for gathering requirements and developing dashboards in Tableau Desktop. Sourav also worked on data blending and created Geo/Area Maps to visualize project orders in different parts of the city.

After this, Sourav joined TechGenies in 2018 as a Tableau Developer. Here, they led the India Office and worked as a Tableau Consultant for a US Human Resource Consulting firm. Sourav was involved in business meetings and coordination with the US team and clients. Sourav developed value-added reporting, provided ad-hoc data analysis, and was the head of the Backorder Project.

In the same year, Sourav moved to PredictiveHR as a Tableau Developer. Sourav continued to work on the Backorder Project and interacted with the management team and other medical centers. Sourav developed visually appealing dashboards and stories in Tableau, incorporated images and user interface using filters, and mapped data from different sources.

Sourav Kaushik obtained their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Dr Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology & Management from 2012 to 2016.
