Matic Perovšek

Matic Perovšek has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they were the Founder, CTO, and Director at Sportifiq, where they worked at Sportz d. o. o. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Researcher and Junior Researcher at the Jozef Stefan Institute, where they developed applications and infrastructures using literature based knowledge discovery, as well as developed web-based text-mining platform TextFlows. In 2014, they were a Software Engineer & System Administrator at Eskumed, where they were responsible for back end implementations and system administration. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have been the Founder, CTO, and Data Scientist at PredictLeads, where they work at 4see d. o. o.

Matic Perovšek completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Ljubljana between 2006 and 2011. Matic then completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer and Information Science from the University of Ljubljana between 2011 and 2012. In 2016, they completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from the Jožef Stefan International Postgraduate School. In 2019, they completed the PredictLeads program from Y Combinator. Matic also graduated from Gimnazija Vič in 2006 with a high school diploma.
