Annie Leung

Annie is a Senior Technical Writer at Predictum. She specializes in technical communications and editing for software user documentation as well as copywriting for marketing campaigns and business development. She also performs user testing of software features and provides input for UX improvements. Before joining Predictum, Annie was the documentation team lead and marketing copywriter for a manufacturing execution software company. She is also a member of Editors Canada where she has sat on various local and national committees.

Annie holds a B.A. in English Language and Linguistics from the University of Toronto and completed a postgraduate certificate in technical communications.
