Wayne started their career as an engineer at Imperial Oil from April 1985 to June 1990. Wayne then transitioned to Procter & Gamble where they worked as a programmer analyst from January 1983 to December 1985.

Wayne J. Levin earned their B.A.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and their M.A.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Wayne is certified by Professional Engineers Ontario as a P.Eng.
