Sebastian Bailey is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and managing design systems. Currently serving as Design Lead at Prediko since January 2025, Sebastian previously held various roles at ClearScore from August 2016 to February 2025, including Design Systems Lead, where the focus was on re-establishing a design system across the organization, and Lead Product Designer, responsible for establishing a global design team and leading international product changes.
