Jens Thumm has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jens is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Predium, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, Jens worked as a Sales Team Lead at remberg from 2019 to 2021. In 2018, they embarked on a self-guided trek as part of the Mount Everest Three Passes Winter Trek at Sagarmatha National Park. Jens also has experience in New Business Development, having worked at zooplus from March to October 2018, and at Allianz Insurance from December 2017 to March 2018. Jens has also worked as a Technology Consultant at Capgemini Consulting from August to October 2017, and as a Management Consultant at EY from April to July 2016. Jens' earlier experiences include working in Business Development at Voith GmbH from July to December 2015, and in Project Management at Allianz Worldwide Partners from December 2014 to May 2015.
Jens Thumm has an Honors Degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM). Jens also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Jens has completed a semester abroad at Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Management. Additionally, they have also studied abroad at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) with a focus on International Management. Jens' undergraduate studies were at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration.
