Christina Simonsson

Christina Simonsson has extensive work experience spanning over several years. Christina started their career in 1994 at Scanraff, where they held multiple roles including Production Planner, Process Engineer, Operating Engineer, and Production Analyst. Later, they joined Preem AB in 2002 as a Business Analyst. Throughout their tenure at Preem AB, they held various positions including Product Development Engineer, Senior Production Analyst, Senior Process Engineer, Senior Refinery Development Engineer, Business Modelling ROCC, and Environmental Specialist. Christina'smost recent role at Preem AB is Senior Process Engineer (Energy), which they started in March 2020 and currently holds.

Christina Simonsson earned a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, studying from 1990 to 1994. Christina also completed a Basic Course in Business Administration, earning 30 credits, at University West from 1999 to 2000. In 1994, they took an Introductory Course in Law, earning 15 credits, at Halmstad University. In recent years, they have pursued additional education in areas such as Environmental Management, Sport and Nutrition for Performance, and Sustainable Development with a focus on Climate Change. Christina completed a 7.5-credit course in Environmental Management at Blekinge Institute of Technology in 2018, a 7.5-credit course in Sport and Nutrition for Performance at Linnaeus University in 2018, and a 15-credit course in Sustainable Development at Karlstad University from 2017 to 2018.
