Lavina De is an experienced IT team lead and solution specialist at Preem AB, focusing on trading and ERP within the Supply and Trading department since October 2017. Lavina has held various roles, including project manager, IT compliance manager, and lead buyer, overseeing procurement in IT hardware, telecommunications, and business-specific systems. Additionally, Lavina has contributed to the establishment of the consultant procurement process within Preem's IT, Finance, and HR departments. As a volunteer at Stiftelsen 1000 Möjligheter since February 2019, Lavina supports children and young adults affected by violence and exploitation. Previous experience includes roles in education as a dance teacher and positions in procurement and logistics with various organizations. Lavina holds a degree in Supply Chain Management with a focus on logistics from Nordic Business Institute and has a background in social studies with a medical foundation from Didaktus.
