Marcus Gadd

Marcus Gadd currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Preem AB since December 2018. Prior to this role, Marcus held various positions at NCC from May 2012 to December 2018, including HR-Partner, where involvement in the regional management group for the asphalt sector and strategic contributions were significant. Responsibilities included advising and supporting managers on personnel issues and addressing labor law, competency supply, workplace environment, salaries, and rehabilitation. Earlier experience includes a role as a Laboratory Assistant, quality assurance in asphalt production, and military service as a professional soldier in the airborne ranger squadron K3 at Försvarsmakten. Additionally, Marcus worked as a Building Assembler at LLENTAB GROUP. Marcus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology from University West and completed an Electricity program at Östraboskolan.
