We believe the best hires come from within the industry. That’s why we built Preferrd as a talent marketplace where candidates are sourced by peers, not recruiters.

By tapping into real industry networks rather than relying on cold outreach, we deliver better-qualified talent that is verified by humans. Because every profile is verified by humans, we ensure a level of trust and quality that automated systems miss.

The result is faster hiring that gives back—streamlining the process for employers while empowering professionals to earn a secondary income from their network. We make this possible through an AI-driven marketplace that empowers peer-to-peer referrals at scale. Combining smart matching of skills and experience with niche communities of specialised talent, we ensure employers connect with the right people, not just the active ones.
