Sarah Westergaard

Sarah Westergaard is a finance and operations executive with extensive experience in building and managing finance teams for startups and high-growth companies. They currently serve as a fractional CFO at Headwaters LTP and as CFO at Preferred CFO, while previously co-founding HealthSource MD, where they developed outsourced Emergency Medicine practices. With a strong background in consulting across various industries, Sarah has successfully engaged with venture capital and private equity firms. They are currently pursuing graduate studies in accounting at Bentley University, alongside a bachelor's degree in finance from Simmons College and a specialization in value-based care from the University of Houston.
