Prior to this, Tom has held various HR leadership roles at companies such as Young Living Essential Oils, Potter Electric Signal, Belden Inc., The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Flowserve Corporation, Payless, and Amoco. Tom has extensive experience in managing Compensation & Benefits teams, leading HR functions for companies with billions in revenue, and recruiting top executives. Tom holds an MBA and a BA from Brigham Young University.
