Chadd Floria

Chadd Floria, MBA has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Chadd is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Preferred Packaging since June 2021. Prior to this, Chadd held various roles at Oliver Packaging and Equipment Company, including Vice President of Sales from September 2018 to June 2020, President from March 2017 to August 2018, Vice President of Sales from December 2015 to February 2017, Business Director from March 2010 to November 2015, and National Sales Manager from February 2005 to February 2010. Additionally, Chadd worked as a National Account Manager at Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company from December 2003 to January 2005, and as a National Sales Manager at Media Group/DuraLube from March 2001 to December 2003. Chadd'searly career includes a role as a National Account Manager at Central Distribution Services (CDS) from August 1993 to February 2001.

Chadd Floria, MBA, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BS in BA) with a focus on Business Administration and Finance from Central Michigan University in 1993. Chadd later completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Financial Management Services from the same university in 2001. In addition to their degrees, Chadd Floria has pursued additional certifications including a Counselor Salesperson - Coach Certification from Wilson Learning in 2019, a Supply Chain Management certification from APICS in 2017, and two Negotiation & Influencing Training certifications from ENS International in 2013 and 2008 respectively.
