John Harper

John Harper serves as the Operations Manager and Garage Manager at Preferred Parking Service LLC since June 2012, overseeing the daily operations of three parking garages in Uptown Charlotte. With over six years of experience in Tiba parking software and one year with FLASH parking equipment, John has effectively managed various roles including Maintenance Manager, where responsibility included overseeing the entire Maintenance division, and Operations Supervisor, focused on audits and customer service. Previously, John worked as a Night Manager at Taiga Liquors, where business-building and relationship management were key duties. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership in the Public Sector from North Carolina State University, obtained in 2011.
