Currently, they serve as the Head of Human Resources at Preferred Square Analytics, where they focus on customized solutions for various industries. Previously, Ekta held significant roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Marriott International, and InterContinental Hotels Group, successfully managing HR functions, enhancing employee engagement, and being recognized as Best HR Manager of the Year by Hoteliers India magazine in 2018.
