Mark Roland has held various IT roles throughout their career, starting as a Programmer/Analyst and working their way up to Director of IT at Preferred Technologies, LLC. Mark has experience in managing IT infrastructure, leading development teams, and providing customer support for enterprise security systems. Mark also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from AIB College of Business, an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Programmer/Analyst from Indian Hills Community College, and a Diploma from Southeast Polk High School. Mark's expertise lies in developing .Net solutions and custom integrations for security systems.
