Prefix comes before.

Prefix is a holding group for equity ownership and long-term capital. We provide the capital, the governance, and the patience a company needs to become permanent.

We do not run the businesses — we stand behind them. We do not appear in the product; we appear in the results. What we own, we intend to own for a long time. We commit slowly and rarely. We hold. We rarely sell.

Prefix operates through four divisions, each holding a different kind of asset under the same discipline of patience:

▪ Prefix Capital — controlling and majority equity in companies built to last.
▪ Prefix Ventures — early positions in companies before the market arrives.
▪ Prefix Properties — real assets held for permanence, not for trade.
▪ Prefix Partners — capital and counsel alongside operators we choose carefully.

Guided by three principles — permanence, capital discipline, and discretion — Prefix backs founders and operators building companies that outlast market cycles.

For founders and co-investors. We answer what merits an answer.

Prefix — before everything.
