Roy Ward

Roy Ward is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the medical device and sales industries. Currently serving as President and Co-Founder of PREGAME® since November 2022, Roy has also held notable positions such as Vice President of Strategic Growth at Stryker from 2018 to 2022, where responsibilities included market development and pricing strategy. Prior to that, Roy was Vice President of Sales at K2M from 2014 to 2018, achieving notable sales growth and recognition as Global Sales Director of the Year multiple times. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at CCM Partners LLC, overseeing significant revenue growth, and co-founding Recovery Force, LLC in 2011. Roy holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Indiana University and an MBA in E-Commerce from the University of Phoenix.
