Preimure is a privately-held biomedical start-up in Utrecht, The Netherlands, founded in August 2021. Our proprietary innovative technology entails an Ultra-tunable and Bio-stable Antibacterial Coating that enables a sustained, prolonged release of a combination of multiple antibiotics at high local concentrations. As such, it has the promising potential of becoming an effective solution for the prevention and treatment of implant-associated infections with a significantly reduced risk of antibiotic resistance.
