Janine is an Engineer In Training at Prein&Newhof since January 2022, with prior experience as an Environmental Science Intern and Professional Engineering Intern at Tetra Tech. During the tenure at Tetra Tech, Janine managed purchase orders, conducted health and safety inspections, created GIS figures, analyzed lab data for compliance, and prepared health and safety plans. Additionally, responsibilities included calculating head-loss and designing process diagrams in AutoCAD for water and wastewater systems, as well as monitoring stormwater infrastructure. Janine holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering, completed in 2021, and studied at Grand Rapids Community College from 2018 to 2019.
