Tom Smith has extensive experience in project management within the civil engineering sector, beginning as a Project Engineer at Sweetland Engineering & Associates, Inc. from May 1989 to May 1991. Tom transitioned to Tetra Tech in July 1992, where Tom served as Project Manager until February 2000, following the acquisition of McNamee Porter and Seeley. Currently, Tom holds the position of Project Manager and Hydraulics Department Manager at Prein&Newhof since February 2000, with a directorship role from 2021 to 2024. Tom's educational background includes a BS in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and both an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan and another MS from Penn State University.
