Law firms spend thousands on advertising, only to have intake staff waste hours on inquiries that never sign. Generic contact forms and chatbots flood your inbox with unqualified submissions—burying real cases in noise.

PreIntake.ai changes that.

We provide AI-powered intake that screens inquiries like your best paralegal—before they ever reach your team. Our conversational AI asks the right questions, adapts based on answers, and routes inquiries automatically:

  • GREEN: Strong case indicators → Priority follow-up
  • YELLOW: Needs documentation → Queued for review
  • RED: Cannot help → Polite decline with resources

Your staff only sees qualified inquiries. Unqualified submissions never waste their time.

Unlike generic chatbots, PreIntake.ai is built specifically for legal intake with practice-area-specific screening for:

   - Personal Injury
   - Immigration
   - Family Law
   - Bankruptcy
   - Criminal Defense
   - Estate Planning
   - And more

How it works:

  1. We analyze your firm's website and create a branded intake experience
  2. You embed a simple script on your site (works with any platform)
  3. Qualified inquiries are delivered instantly via email or your CRM

We sit in front of your existing systems—Lawmatics, Clio, Filevine—not instead of them. Your CRM manages inquiries. We make sure only real cases get there.

No long-term contracts. Simple pricing. Real ROI.
