Thomas MacElhaney

Thomas MacElhaney has had extensive experience in the concrete industry. From 2002 to 2006, they served as President of National Concrete Tanks, LLC. In 2006, they joined Preload Inc. as a Senior Vice President and held this role until at least 2011.

Thomas MacElhaney attended the University of North Dakota from 1972 to 1973, where they studied Civil Engineering. Thomas then transferred to Northeastern University and obtained a degree in Civil Engineering, which they pursued from 1974 to 1977.
