James Groff has extensive experience in IT and customer service, currently serving as a Purchasing Coordinator and previously as a Helpdesk Analyst at Prelude Services since December 2013. Prior roles include Help Desk Professional at Randstad Technologies US, where responsibilities encompassed managing inbound and outbound interactions for the Department of Labor and Industry, and IT Generalist/Case Manager at Hoffman Care Associates Inc., focusing on workstation setup, troubleshooting, and client support. James also held various positions such as Office Manager/Project Manager at Net2Sky, where project coordination and client support were key functions, and Regional Sales Representative at D and H Distributing, responsible for managing over 300 accounts and enhancing regional sales. James holds an Associate's degree in Computer Programming and Applications from Thompson Institute, complemented by a diverse educational background.
