Since 1980, PremaTech Advanced Ceramics has been machining and grinding high-purity silicon carbides and other ultra-hard materials with a specialty in CVD SiC for applications in Semiconductor, LED, Optics, Medical Devices, Aerospace, Defense, R&D, and more.

Our modern manufacturing facility is located next to the Worcester Regional Airport in Worcester, MA, about 40 miles west of Boston. The plant is equipped with a state-of-the-art metrology laboratory, a central coolant recovery system and a variety of modern machinery dedicated to the production of components made from advanced materials.
