Warren Sergeant

Warren Sergeant, ACA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance at Fineqia, alongside roles as General Partner at Glass Ventures and Chief Financial Officer at Rangar Capital Management, all starting in March 2024. Since February 2021, Warren has been a Strategic Advisor and Director of International Finance at PremFina, also previously holding the position of Corporate Treasury Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Financial Controller at Cory Riverside Energy from April 2019 to December 2020, founding Izala Verificators in early 2018, and being a Founding Partner at Seach Business Consulting from January 2016 to February 2018. Warren began professional roots at BDO South Africa as a Senior Audit Manager from July 2013 to February 2015 and worked as Audit Manager at Duff & Phelps from May 2007 to July 2013. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Rhodes University, attained between 2003 and 2006, and earlier studies at St John's College from 1997 to 2001.
