Premier Concrete Systems (PCS) was started by Tony Escada and Peter Tiflinsky in 2016.

Tony brought 20+ years of experience as a concrete foreman and in partnering with Peter, an established builder in the Hudson-Bergen area, PCS would soon grow from a small crew completing single family and duplex projects to employing over 150 craft workers and executing countless multi-million-dollar projects.

From the most modest beginnings, Premier Concrete Systems has become one of New Jersey’s leading specialty concrete contractors.

    Premier Concrete Systems seeks to become long-term partners with general contractors, construction management firms, and owners who share our goal of long-term growth and positive community impact.
