Julia Maxwell is a senior regulatory and public affairs leader with over 15 years of experience in navigating European and global public policy and regulatory environments. Currently serving as the Head of IP Enforcement (EMEA) at The Premier League, Julia has previously held positions such as Executive Director at The European VOD Coalition and Head of European Regulatory Affairs at Modern Times Group MTG UK. Julia is also an accomplished public speaker and board member for several industry organizations, including the Association of Commercial Television in Europe. Julia holds a Law LLB from University College London and has completed the LPC at the College of Law.
