Scott Baxter

Scott Baxter has over 18 years of experience in production management and operational supervision within the packaging industry. Currently serving as Production Manager at Premier Packaging, LLC since March 2018, Scott also holds roles in corrugated planning and scheduling, as well as project estimating. Prior to this, Scott worked at Welch Packaging from September 2012 to March 2018 as a Supervisor and Lean Management Coordinator, overseeing a 30-member team while implementing Six Sigma Lean processes. From August 2005 to September 2012, Scott was a Supervisor at Temple-Inland, where responsibilities included leading safety initiatives and production goals for 14 machines, managing a team of 36 direct employees.
