Who we are:
Premier Patching, Inc., was established in 1995, is a family owned and operated business based in Northwest Ohio.  With a current team of approximately 50 team members, we are experts in asphalt and concrete maintenance and repair.      

What we do:
We provide customers with a turnkey approach to maintaining their parking lots, loading docks and access drives with a proven approach to significantly extend the life cycle of asphalt.  Core capabilities include:
Crack Sealing, Spray Patching, Sealcoating, Striping, Sidewalks, Fencing, Bollards and Catch Basins	    	

How we deliver value to customers:
1)	Our expertise, team members and equipment are specifically designed for parking lots. Compared to other service providers whose primary focus is larger asphalt and concrete projects, relatively smaller maintenance projects are our specialty.  
2)	Surveys.  We offer an assessment of parking lots including recommended steps to repair damage and create an annual plan to keep the parking lot safe and functional, allowing customers to realize the maximum asphalt life possible.  
3)	Financial benefits.  When customers budget approximately 1% of the value of their asphalt to annual maintenance, the life of the asphalt is greatly extended allowing customers a significant cost avoidance opportunity by delaying the significant expense of removing and replacing asphalt.  Cost savings for our Spray Patching is approximately $.65 on the dollar when compared to other common forms of patching.  Advantage of having one turnkey consultant and service provider for parking lot repair and maintenance needs.
