Since 2013, we have held tight to those beliefs and have seen exponential year-over-year growth as a referral-only company, allowing us to expand both our employee roster and customer base. While we operate at a much larger capacity today, our small company roots drive us to keep innovating, improve our efficiencies, and rely on all our employees to be leaders.
