Who is Premier Retail Support?

Premier Retail Support was designed to fill the knowledge gap for franchisees, franchisors and entrepreneurs with ongoing support and consultation services, in a step-by-step format, from the beginning planning stage to the grand opening. We explain in detail how to find the perfect location and negotiate a favorable lease by explaining all of the lease options needed to achieve financial success.

Premier Retail Support was built for the entity that is actually signing
the commercial lease and whose financial assets are on the line.

You will have access to unbiased, accurate information for all phases of new-store development based upon our extensive, real-world experience. This information will provide you with the knowledge to sign that commercial lease with confidence.

Our members have access to information on leasing variables, site selection, construction variables, demographics and much more! We cover every detail for opening a retail location in a sequential format. In addition, we provide live interactive support via phone or email. Find out what pitfalls to look for and what questions to ask.
