Premier Select Sires
Mark Carpenter is the current CEO of Premier Select Sires. Mark has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Mark began their career as an apprentice at Procter & Gamble in 1993 and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a senior financial analyst at Penn Foster in 1997.
At Penn Foster, Mark led the evaluation and implementation of post-acquisition process consolidations. Mark also served as the business lead for accounts receivable action plans and was responsible for evaluating contract terms and identifying potential cost and risk reduction opportunities. In 2006, Mark left Penn Foster to become the CEO of Premier Select Sires.
Under Mark’s leadership, Premier Select Sires has become one of the premier providers of bovine semen and genetics in North America. Mark has also been instrumental in growing the company’s third-party revenue streams.
Mark Carpenter has an MBA from Marywood University and a certificate in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from Penn State University. Mark also has a degree in Accounting and Finance from Penn State University.
