WHAT IS HOME SNAGGING?

A snag is a defect or problem that remains in your new-build property after the building work has been completed. Many issues may not be visible to the average home owner or may require specialist equipment such as thermal imaging cameras to identify.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our competitive professional snagging surveys provide you with peace of mind that your property is built to the highest standards for the years to come. Our competitive prices are based on the size of your property and the level of support required to ensure your house builders correct any issues identified.

WHAT AREAS OF THE UK DO YOU COVER?

Premier Snag are based just outside of Birmingham in the West Midlands and provide new-build property inspection reports for customers in the majority of towns and cities within a 100 mile radius of our central England base. Our team can also cater for multiple property inspection requests nationwide.
