Arthur Rollmann has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Arthur started their career at POLYTETRA GmbH, where they served as a Technical Sales representative from June 2011 to October 2016. In this role, they oversaw the production processing of heat shrink tubing made from various fluoropolymers and managed customer-specific needs. Arthur successfully optimized the production, sales, and procurement processes, achieving an annual cost reduction of approximately $100,000.

In 2016, Arthur joined ElringKlinger Engineered Plastics North America, Inc. as a Sales Engineer. Arthur'sresponsibilities included designing tailored engineered solutions for clients in the medical, life science, food and beverage, and chemical industries. Arthur also established nationwide partnerships with global clients and directed sales projects and business development between Germany and the United States for the NAFTA heat exchanger and heater markets. Arthur later moved on to become the Commercial Manager, leading various industries to streamline operations, offering financial forecasting and budgeting services, engaging in project bidding and contract negotiations, and supervising projects to ensure smooth completion. Arthur held this position from October 2016 to December 2021.

From December 2021 to April 2023, Arthur worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Hera Lighting L.P., overseeing sales activities in a specific region.

Currently, Arthur is employed as the Sales Director - Client Solutions at Premier Tech Systems and Automation, starting in April 2023.

Arthur Rollmann received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in 2016. From 2018 to 2021, they pursued a Master in Business Administration in Management Consulting & Strategic Marketing and Branding from IU International University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including the EKDrive High Potential Program from ElringKlinger in 2021, the Management Expert certification from VWA – Academy of Business and Public-Sector Management in 2015, and the Bachelor Professional of Management for Industry (CCI) certification from BAW – Academy of Professional Education, Germany in 2013. Arthur also holds certifications as an Industrial Clerk with CCI certification from Business School Kahle in 2011 and as a CCI-Certified Installation Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Technology from Ulrich Meuwissen GmbH, Germany in 2008.
