Eric Beaulieu has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, serving as Vice-President of People and Culture at Previan from January 2020 to March 2024. Previously, Eric held the position of Vice-président ressources humaines, excellence opérationnelle et communication at Norda Stelo from 2015 to 2018, and as Vice-président ressources humaines at American Iron & Metal (AIM) from 2018 to 2019. Eric has also contributed to the fields of human resources and operational excellence at various companies, including Cascades and Premier Tech Systèmes Automatisés, where Eric currently serves as Vice-président principal développement organisationnel. In addition to ongoing roles, Eric is a member of the board of directors and human resources committee at Centre résidentiel et communautaire Jacques-Cartier. Eric holds a Baccalauréat in Relations industrielles from Université Laval.
