Eric Diamond has an extensive work experience history. Eric began their career at Xerium Technologies, Inc. in 1994, where they held various roles including Design and Applications Engineer, Plant Manager, Technical Director - North America, Director - Value Creation, and Director of Business Development Asia. In 2012, they joined Premier Tech Systems and Automation and took on roles such as Vice-President Business Integration, Vice-President Europe, Vice-President Europe-Asia, President - Flexible Packaging Solutions, President - Nutrition, President and Chief Operating Officer, President International, and currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director.
Eric Diamond holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Université de Sherbrooke, which they obtained from 1996 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ottawa from 1989 to 1993.

We create solutions for the Organic industry We develop equipment to help automate flexible packaging lines for organic materials such as bark, peat moss, compost, and mulch. We also provide peat moss fields and conditioning equipment such as harrows, vacuum harvesters, mixing lines, screening systems, and balers. We create solutions for the Industrial sector We build equipment to help automate bagging and packaging operations for specific industrial products such as chemicals, insulation, and minerals. Our lines can be equipped with weighing and feeding systems, bag fillers, balers, valve packers, palletizer, case packers, stretch wrappers, and stretch hooders.
