For close to 14 years, Brian J. Daly, MS, CLCP, LRC, ABVE/F, and Owner, Premier Vocational Experts LLC, has been providing comprehensive rehabilitation services and evaluating the vocational and employability potential of well over 4000 individuals, both able-bodied and severely disabled, nationwide, in person and via teleconferencing. As someone especially familiar with the needs of individuals with disabilities, Mr. Daly administers vocational evaluation testing, job placement, provided case management, and authors life care plans for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries, strokes, Multiple Sclerosis, and spinal cord injuries and various other conditions and disabilities. 
Since 2013, Mr. Daly had been serving, and continues to serve, as a Vocational Expert for the Social Security Administration by providing impartial vocational testimony in well over 2500 Social Security Disability Hearings.  Mr. Daly has provided expert witness testimonies in federal and state courts throughout the country.

Mr. Daly, as a lifelong learner, educator and speaker, also contributed as a co-presenter in over 12 Continuing Legal Education programs in NJ & NY.
