Aisha Montgomery, MD, MPH, currently serves as the Senior Director of Research Sciences at Premier Inc. since January 2025, and is a Founding Member of Power in Action from April 2020. Since April 2017, Aisha has worked as a Healthcare Curriculum Consultant for Kaplan Test Prep Health, developing content for various medical licensing exams and supporting students. Previous roles include Scientific Director of Research at Vibrent Health (January 2022 - January 2025), Clinical Research Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health (August 2018 - January 2022), and Independent Consultant at Tripp Umbach (November 2017 - January 2019). Aisha's early career included positions as Clinical Manager and Medical Assistant at ANWAN Wellness Medical Center (December 2014 - December 2016). Aisha holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from The George Washington University (2017-2018), an MD from Ross University School of Medicine (2007-2012), and a B.S. in Neuroscience & Behavioral Biology from Emory University (1998-2002).
