Alan Sauber

Alan Sauber serves as the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Premier Inc. since January 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing company-wide ethics across various business segments and developing global compliance programs relating to FCPA and anti-bribery. Prior to this role, Alan worked at REHABCARE GROUP, INC from 2000 to 2011, holding positions such as Senior Vice President of Government Affairs/Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of Strategic Markets, where significant contributions included initiating a Government Affairs department and leading a new healthcare market venture. Earlier experience includes roles as Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer at PARAGON REHABILITATION, INC, and as Senior Vice President at CONTINENTAL MEDICAL SYSTEMS, INC, where Alan achieved notable revenue growth and operational success. Alan holds an M.B.A. from Northeastern University and two B.S. degrees from Quinnipiac College and Springfield College in Physical Therapy and Physical Education and Health, respectively.
