David Klatsky

David Klatsky serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Premier Inc. since July 2016. Prior to this role, David was a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP from September 1992 to June 2016 and began their legal career as an Associate at Rogers & Wells from October 1990 to September 1992. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law (1987-1990) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Brown University (1980-1984).
